2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

When you sign up for a VIPJL account, you must submit accurate and complete personal details, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and current residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. It is your responsibility to keep your profile information up to date at all times.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

VIPJL follows internationally accepted Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. You may be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license, plus a recent utility bill or bank statement to confirm your address. Until your verification is successfully completed, withdrawal options may be limited. This process helps protect your account and keeps the platform compliant with applicable regulations.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your VIPJL account secure. Always use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra protection. If you notice any unusual activity, contact our support team immediately. Any action taken through your account will be treated as authorized by you, so please protect your credentials at all times.

3. Betting Rules and Terms

3.1 Bet Placement

Before placing any bet on VIPJL, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified unless a specific cash-out option is available at that time. All bets must be placed before the event begins, except for live betting markets that are clearly marked. VIPJL reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion.

3.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result of the event. If an event is canceled or postponed, the bet may be declared void and your stake will be refunded. VIPJL reserves the right to make the final decision on any bet settlement. We may also void a bet if there is an obvious error or technical issue. Settlements are normally completed within a few minutes after the event ends.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

VIPJL strictly prohibits match fixing or any form of dishonest play, using bots or automated software, creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, collusion or syndicate betting, and exploiting any weaknesses in our system. If any of these activities are detected, your account may be closed and any winnings may be forfeited.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

VIPJL supports a range of deposit options, which may include bank transfer and other cashless payment methods available to Philippine players. The minimum deposit amount is shown in the cashier before you confirm your transaction. Deposits are usually processed instantly and credited to your account. We do not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limit are displayed when you request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, but processing times may vary. You may be required to withdraw using the same method you used for your deposit. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players can get a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ₱10,000. You need to deposit at least ₱500 to claim this offer. The wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount, and you must complete it within 30 days after claiming. Only sports bets and selected casino games count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Loyalty Program

Earn points for every bet you place through the VIPJL loyalty program. Collect points to move up through different levels and unlock exclusive rewards. Points can be converted into cash or free bets. VIP members also receive special bonuses, faster withdrawals, and a dedicated account manager. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

6.1 Responsible Gaming

VIPJL promotes responsible gaming and encourages players to stay in control. We provide self-exclusion, deposit limits, and time-out options. You may also request account closure at any time. Before an account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn.
